The idea is your children run off explore the woods, the streams, the sea shore and you relax for a bit, have a glass of wine and then generally after an hour or so you go join them... Lets face it rock pooling or catching frogs is fun!
When I camp my kids come back filthy, bitten, stung but also full of adventures, plans and smiles, and we have the hot showers to get them clean again.
When it rains you have great Devonshire towns to explore. Totnes, Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Salcombe are all fun to visit and we have great parks such as Woodlands and River Dart Adventures close by. Or if you’d prefer to hang out in the living room tent we've got books and games for you to use too.
What could be more fun than real fires, outdoor cooking, exploring, fishing, farm animals and running water - not a TV or video game in sight!
